Main duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Developing new products from idea generation to product launch.
• Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals.
• Ensuring the compliance of raw materials and products with local, global and group regulations.
• Creating design projects and specification sheets.
• Leading of pilot and industrial trials in cooperation with manufacturing team.
• Managing junior technologists and technicians.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in food technology and engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 year of experience in Food industry
• High knowledge in area of food chemistry and food technology
• Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and food quality and safety
• Project lead skills – high level
• Previous experience in product development may be advantageous.
• Industry-specific product experience may be advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• English professional working proficiency
