Senior ServiceNow Architect

What is the mission for you?
The mission is to be the starting point for a great new team out of Serbia. As a Senior Architect you play a key role in building great solutions and driving customer success. Advania is the leader within Manufacturing and our specialty is aftermarket where we do amazing solutions that enhance our customers experience, digital and automated.
Your mission as a Senior ServiceNow Architect is to achieve customer success. You will help our customers with the design and build world class flows on the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow architect you keep your knowledge up to date and bring the best and newest solutions to our world class customers to ensure their happiness. In this key role you will build solid relationships with our customers and your own team.
With the role you need to safeguard the customer and always improve and raise the bar regarding quality. You will also lead the team in taking right decisions regarding technical architecture, technical advice, and be a mentor for other team members. This role is so central, so social skills and the knowledge of networking is essential.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5 years' experience of ServiceNow or similar tool
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and social skills
- Passion for making all our customers successful
- Passion for learning and technology
- Full of energy and inspirational
- Ability to work in teams and to lead others
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment, show initiative and proactively take on responsibilities and challenges
- Ability to solve problems independently and quickly
