Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a full-time backend engineer. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience building scalable event-driven systems. We value deploying frequently with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while applying domain-driven design and enterprise integration patterns.
Requirements:
- Experience in Java 11+, Kafka, Postgres, Docker, Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of Git and related workflows.
- Understanding of core Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, object-oriented design).
- Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Care about results and not afraid to take ownership.
- English fluency, verbal and written.
Nice-to-have's:
- Experience in writing and maintaining complex distributed systems.
- Experience with high traffic and high-performance applications.
- Design and implementation of secure protocols
