The Senior Solution Consultant works with Account Managers as their technical counter-part in collecting requirements & advising our enterprise restaurant brands on how to use & implement our product to best meet their needs. The Senior Solution Consultant works closely with the Product Management & Development Teams to build the best product for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Team and attend sales calls as a product expert and to understand & collect customer requirements
- Work with customers, in close collaboration with Account Managers, to understand requirements and advise on product implementation & roll-out
- Coordinate the development & roll-out of customer integrations (POS, Payment, Aggregators, DSPs, Analytics), working directly with customers, integration partners and our Development Teams
- Advise customers on existing customer integrations with POS systems, payment processors, delivery management platforms, aggregators, customer data platforms, marketing automation & engagement platforms and product analytics tools
- Work with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects & Developers to make sure our product meets customer requirements
- Ensure customer roll-outs are successful, by providing technical implementation guidance and making sure we deliver the right solution
- Receive customer feedback and work with the Product Management Team to shape the future of our product
- Act as a customer-interface for the Development and Product Management Teams
Requirements:
- Strong product & engineering background
- Deep technical understanding of mobile & web applications, server-side technologies and product integrations
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years of experience working on end-user products for the eCommerce, retail or similar industry
- 5+ years working in a customer-facing technical and/or product role
- Experience working in 50+ person product development organizations
- Experience with POS systems, payment processors, CRM & engagement platforms or analytics & business intelligence tools is a benefit
