SENIOR SPECIALIST FOR HR SERVICES will participate in HR budgeting and cost controlling processes, benefits administration and coordination. This role also includes participation in HR reporting and responsibility for employment administration and legal affairs. Applies legislation and monitors legal regulations in the field of labor law, labor relations, employment and social security.
An ideal candidate should have/be:
- University degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proactive, innovative, pragmatic, open to changes
- Independent, self-motivated and excellent in time management
- Able to act in flexible teams, taking different team roles including team leadership
- Ambitious to grow in a large international corporate environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent in use of MS Office package (Excel. Word, Power Point)
- Familiar with local employment low, rules and regulations
- Fluent in English
