What you need to be successful

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise application development using various web technologies.
• 2+ year of experience with Angular or other SPAs frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs
• Knowledge of CI/CD of full-stack applications and practice with automated testing frameworks like Cypress.
• Good understanding of UX/UI and familiar with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)
• Experiences with databases (SQL Server, Oracle databases).
• Love for continuous improvements of existing processes and business flows.
• Ability to identify repeatable processes and automate them quickly.
• Common sense so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements:

• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services is a plus.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Technical leadership experience, you have been leading small to medium development teams is a plus.
