Bridgewater Labs is looking for a full-time Senior WordPress Developer for our office in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Currently, we have offices in Novi Sad - Serbia, Calgary - Alberta/Canada and Saskatchewan - Regina/Canada.
The Company is built around teams covering the following technologies: PHP/Laravel and Symfony frameworks, JS/Vue-React, .NET, Native Mobile (Android and iOS), QA, WP, UX/UI, etc.
We expect you have:
- Minimum five years of experience in working with WordPress development
- Strong knowledge in:
- Front-end technologies including CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5
- WordPress file structure
- WordPress custom functions, hooks, and actions
- Developing custom WordPress themes and extending the current ones
- PHP back-end development and OOP principles
- Convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into pixel perfect working pages
- WordPress plugins development
- Interaction with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Knowledge in the following:
- WordPress REST API
- Elementor and developing custom Elementor widgets
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- Code versioning tools (Git)
- Having one or more of the following would be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of any front-end frameworks (React, Vue)
- Experience with any PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony)
