Senior iOS Engineer

We’re looking for:

• Senior iOS Engineer who is ready to get involved in shaping the project from the ground up

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain smooth and stable products
• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers from San Francisco
• Guide the design and architecture of the project
• Help envision, implement, and evangelize new features and technologies
• Fix bugs and ship stable, high-quality code you’re proud to be a core contributor on
• Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer-reviews, CI, and automated testing
• Own features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of software and/or mobile development experience
• Strong proficiency with Objective-C and iOS development ecosystem
• At least 3 years of experience in Objective-C/Swift
• Knowledge of CocoaPods
• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and application architecture
• Strong experience in architecting, designing, building, and publishing apps in the App Store
• Experience with popular libraries, frameworks, and services
• Understanding of networking and mobile network issues
• Experience with concurrency, multithreading, or asynchronous programming
• Experience with unit and UI testing (XCTest and OCMock)
• Familiarity with HTTP, REST, HTML, and JSON
• Experience in communicating with users and management to collect requirements and describe product features
