For our client, successful production company operating in automotive industry -  ZF, we are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the following position based in Pančevo:

Serial Technology Engineer (Process Engineer)

Main responsibilities:

• Expert for manufacturing processes for the pre and final assembly processes
• Supporting the industrialization of new production lines at the machine supplier and supporting the introduction of new    products and/or production lines as well as optimizing and expanding existing series production
• Drawing up and adaptation of manufacturing documents and work instructions
• Independent determination and evaluation of statistical process data and their use to derive improvement measures to    increase the KPI of the production line
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as R&D department and participating in improvement of the products

Candidate’s profile: 

• Successfully completed studies of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Substantial professional experience in manufacturing and knowledge of industrial automation, assembly technology and  process improvement techniques; ideally in the automotive industry
• Experience in performing tests, analyses and CIP measures (Certified Green Belt or Six Sigma tools and methods        desirable)
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team, independent way of working, resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to travel
• Very good English skills are mandatory
