EMDEP Group with Test Tehnika is looking for Service Technicans in Niš, Novi Sad and Šabac.

Job description:

• Perform technical and maintenance support according to the service plan, using all existing standards and norms
• Install and program testing equipment in customer locations, assure support during start-ups
• Assure validation of equipment with customers’ representatives
• Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on testing equipment
• Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
• Be in contact with responsible Technical service area, report about completed technical services following defined procedures and through the correct channels
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company’s products and processes, presenting new proposals for improvement
• Follow technical actions when is nominated as responsible according to action plans

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Working experience with mechanic, pneumatic and electrical components
• Knowledge of IT, hardware equipment
• Knowledge of various tooling and testing equipment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree is a plus
• Experience on maintenance area of automotive industry is an advantage
• Experience with wire harness is an advantage
• Available for traveling in Serbia and abroad if necessary
• Driving license category B
• Good command of English language is compulsory and Spanish language is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
