Requirements:

• high school or University degree in Construction
• experience in similar position is appreciated
• advanced spoken and written English
• good knowledge of MS office and AutoCAD
• active driver
• good organization and coordination skills

Job description:

• joining and extending the existing project management team
• co-responsible for realization of a project whereby particular activities include following:
• Coordination of site preparation and start-up
• Coordination of suppliers´ works, making sure these are being carried out in accordance with the project documentation and according to the agreed time plan, regular checking of quality and works done
• Attending regular “control days” with suppliers, managing construction book
• responsibility for on-site security
• communication with suppliers of electricity, gas, water and other infrastructure
• responsible for removing snags and other repairs within warranty
• close cooperation and reporting to Construction project manager and Regional development director
