As a hybrid social media strategist and manager, you will lead the strategic development and growth of our client's social channels as well as coach and develop other junior team members.

We expect that you will be able to:

• Identify Target Customers
• Adopt the appropriate voice to keep in line with our client's brands
• Set Clear Objectives and be S.M.A.R.T. about them
• Understand and review analytics to put the strategy forward
• Have Total Creative Control over the content creation and distribution. (Blog posts. Memes. GIFs. The list goes on.)
• Be committed to collaboration
• Know your tools (social scheduling, project management, social monitoring tools, ads management, Contests or Giveaways)
