Social Media Specialist (m/f)

City: Belgrade

As a social media specialist, your responsibility will be to create and publish original content for social networks. You will analyze achieved results, communicate with prominent influencers, and propose an innovative strategy for performance on social networks. We are looking for a creative person with experience in sports who knows how to create viral content.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and publish content through company profiles on social media.
• Write descriptions and headlines for campaigns and promotional announcements.
• Create reports and presentations concerning the analysis of the target group, the achieved results, and the analysis of the entire industry.
• Communicate and cooperate with prominent influencers.
• Up-to-date communication with followers to promote the brand vision.
• Create a strategy for performance on social media.
• Deliver creative content that meets the needs of the company in terms of quality and style.

  Our requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or related fields.
• 2+ experience in this or a similar position.
• Fluency in written and spoken English language.
• Creative writing skills and ability to create content for different target audiences.
• Experience in managing larger profiles on social media.
• Excellent knowledge of different communication channels.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools for analyzing and monitoring content performance.
• Basic knowledge of working in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut will be considered as an advantage
