Software Application Engineer

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in high-tech industry, preferably in software development
• Understanding of communication protocols & networking
• Knowledge of Cellular / IOT is an asset
• In-depth understanding of operating systems (RTOS) will be considered as advantage
• Customer Support experience in Semiconductor industry will be a plus
• Good command of English

Main responsibilities:

• 1st line for customers software integration activities
• Support customers with design and debug of their product (on site and remote)
• Respond to a technical inquiries from customers
• Provide hands on training to customers in EU and enhance technical documentation
• Bridge between customers and Headquarters for all software related items, e.g. new requirements, debugging,
• integration, etc.
