OVERVIEW

Design, development and maintenance of a standard VNI CE software industrialization tool environment. The software industrialization tool chain manages the shipping of SW objects from development to production line as software materials. Main tool features are

  • Product variant management (incl. a dataset development tool)
  • Ensure product traceability
  • Ensure secure product data handling
  • Device software release testing environment
  • SW BoM handling with automated interfaces to SAP systems
  • Coverage of all required use cases and ensure process compliance

TASKS

  • Tool design, development and test inside an agile team
  • Integration of packages into the tool framework
  • Tool documentation, consulting and training
  • Users support and trouble shooting
  • Runtime optimization / optimization of the user interfaces
  • Coordination and implementation of the required interfaces for manufacturing, prototyping, SAP and other Continental business software infrastructures
  • Tool releases and introduction of updates / upgrades
  • Project specific tool configurations / adaptations

PROFILE

  • Profound experience with database programming
  • Experience as web developer using the ASP.NET Core Blazor
  • Good knowledge in programming languages as CSS, C#, MS SQL, Perl and NI LabVIEW
  • Analytical thinking and structured working / Looking at the essentials
  • Knowledge in the area of change management (JIRA) and SAP ERP systems (SAP, WISE)
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary agile teams
  • Independent work and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive bus systems and protocols
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Presentation techniques / good verbal communication
