Software Engineer for SCM Solutions

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Implementing Symphony Retail AI GOLD software
• Analysis and design based on solution requirements in the field of supply chain
• Development and customization of specific software solutions
• Tracking and improving the functional and technical aspect of software operations
• Integration with other software solutions
• Identify integration and software issues, fix and test solutions
• Implementing fixes, change requests, enhancements, new functionalities, including testing and UAT support
• Compiling and maintaining technical project documentation
• Technical training of key users

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant education (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, or similar)
• Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
• Knowledge of Java technologies
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
• Organized and reliable
• Open minded, enthusiastic person, willing to learn and travel

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL and pro*C
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes in retail and wholesale distribution
• Previous work experience
