Your core responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for procurement process of indirect materials and services
• Follows and fulfills all necessary steps in order to assure materials and service reception in time
• Maintains database of suppliers and puts new suppliers into integrated information system
• Participates in preparing contracts with suppliers
• Explores the opportunities for cost savings and coordinates the selection of suppliers
• Participates in creating plans, accounts and reports

Experience Required:

• University degree
• Previous work experience in general purchasing minimum 2 years
• Experience in collaboration with > 50 suppliers will be considered as an asset
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Experience of working in ERP system
• Previous experience with e-procurement will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in English
• Very good skills of prioritization and analytical skills
• Very good negotiating skills
