Store Manager

For our client, Orbico, a leading distributor of MAC cosmetics, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position: Store Manager

Job description:

• Management of costumer service team
• Efficiency control through regular team meetings and reports
• Focus on costumers and sales results
• Delegation of tasks to team members
• Fullfiment of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Managment of store’s hygine and visual looks in accordance with the specified criteria
• Optimization of work schedule in order to improve productivity
• Digital marketing- checking social networks and using them in order to promote store and products
• Ability to lead, motivate and act as a team player

Required qualifications:

• High school degree or bachelor degree
• Relevant work experience in the same or similar position
• Knowledge of basic procedures and tasks related to store management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken communication skills)
• Extensive MS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
• Make-up skills are desirable
