What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Nearshoring Manager on multiple projects, either strategic long-term projects or else taking control of urgent issues that are troubling the board
• Acting as a “gatekeeper” to the Nearshoring Manager, trying to resolve problems that don’t need a lot of his/her attention
• Acting as a PMO
• Gathering of relevant project data and producing information to be presented for management review
• Tracking the overall status of projects
• Ensuring that various departments are working collaboratively by making connections that otherwise wouldn’t be made

What we look for:

• Bachelor degree in Management (Faculty of organizational Sciences - Management) or Economic Faculty finished in 2020
• No working experience needed, but internships will be considered as a plus
• Good knowledge of project management and project management tools
• Advanced level of PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, it is important that you speak clearly and listen intently
• Ambitious personality with high social competences
• Fluent in English, German will be considered as a plus
