Workforce has partnered with a leading international FMCG company, Mars, to support its growing business. We are looking for motivated and proactive candidates who would like to work on the position: Supply Chain Administrator

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferable
  • Similar supply chain roles would be preferable
  • MS Office
  • Fluency in the English language

Job description:

  • Extend standard materials to all Plants and Sales Organisations
  • Design and maintain the logistic Masterfile to be used by all departments
  • Centralization of the master data information in one source
  • Create merchandising code materials as per local process defined
  • Extend standard co-pack merchandising codes to all plants
  • Create co-packing codes for promotional activities
  • Maintain and change the prices in the system
  • Maintain digital local platforms for the different countries that customers use to download information from a centralized digital database
  • Ensure we are compliant with local customer needs
  • Responsible for creating quarterly costings reports
