We are looking for a Support analyst to help our team with dialer platform!
Dialer platforms has many special features, which needs to be taken into consideration and being analyzed, the grouping, the frequency of the calls and lots of other features which enable dialers to provide best possible calling results to the desk.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITES:
- Controlling and managing dialer platform;
- Reporting issues to manager or relevant department;
- Providing live support to the desk;
- Provide live tech support to the desk;
- Making reports for manager, for analysis;
- Analyzing the calling process, result and making further decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required;
- Thorough understanding of telephony/dialer platforms;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs;
- Hands on approach, hardworking and professional;
- Very well organized with strong multitasking skills.
