Your Tasks as Sustainability Manager - Electrified Powertrain Systems:
- Monitoring of customer-specific CO2 standards for specific ZF products, processes & organization (as OEM supplier, supported by KAMs) while developing measures to meet customer requirements in alignment with divisional sustainability lead and project teams
- Integration and implementation of social and ecological aspects into the specific product line organization's business processes and future strategies while supporting monitoring environmental impact and focusing on effective use of environmental resources
- Ensuring, planning, and reporting on the topic of Sustainability budget on product line, product, and project level
- Promoting the concept of circular economy for specific products & organization to eliminate waste and encourage the continual use of resources (i.e. increased use of renewable materials)
- Be a role model and act as a multiplicator and support introduction and implementation of high-visibility divisional and product line projects to promote sustainability topics to spread awareness, engagement and achieve sustainability targets
Your Profile as Sustainability Manager - Electrified Powertrain Systems:
- Successfully completed University degree in technical and topics-specific education (environmental, material or production-technology or similar)
- Preferable automotive working experience in program/project management
- Business acumen as well as experience and understanding of divisional technologies, industry, and markets
- Strong awareness of sustainability topics and relevant experience in improving the environmental footprint
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory; Fluency in German will be considered as advantage
