What are we looking for?
- - Knowledge of systems and network administration
- - Networking and TCP/IP Model including configuration of switches and routers
- - Experience with administration of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- - Experience with installation, upgrading, patching, backup, restore, migration of systems in general
- - Familiarity with VMWare or other virtualization platform (Operating / troubleshooting virtual machines)
- - Familiarity with Powershell, scripting experience is a plus
- - Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager is a plus
- - Experience with Linux is a plus
- - Cisco (CCNA) or Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) Certificate is a plus
- - Ability to work independently to define new practices and procedures
- - Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
- - Ability and willingness to learn
- - Ability to work in an international team with international customers
- - Good verbal and communication skills in English
- - University degree or graduate
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily technical operations and service request resolutions.
- Operating System and software distribution using SCCM
- Configure networking equipment, workstations, laptops and printers
- Analyze, log, track and resolve software/hardware issues
- Perform on-site and remote technical support
- Troubleshooting and researching issues interacting with other teams to resolve incidents.
- Assist in the planning, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, VoIP equipment and software applications
