System Administrator/DevOps Engineer

Due to constant growth of our company we are looking for highly motivated person who would like to be in touch with global trends in the field and will be situated in our office in Belgrade for the following position: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR/DEVOPS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Managing Windows Server 2022 and Windows OS
• Maintenance and configuration of IIS (Internet Information Services) for hosting web applications
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and application web servers
• Automation of installation and maintenance processes using tools and scripts
• Monitoring server and web application performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring high availability and reliability of applications
• Collaborating with software development teams on implementing and maintaining DevOps practices
• Managing security settings and applying patches on server systems
• Documenting system configurations and maintenance procedures
• Working in a team with leading clients in financial insurance and telecommunications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Technical Science, Organizational Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Windows Server 2022 and older versions of Windows Server
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, including Windows 11, 10
• 3+ years of experience working with IIS (Internet Information Services) and application web servers
• Skills in installing and configuring applications on Windows platforms
• Knowledge of network protocols, security, and network infrastructures
• Experience with automation tools and DevOps practices
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Advantages:

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Basic knowledge of Linux
