Key Responsibilities:
As a Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
- Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT environment
- Managing network servers and technology tools
- Setting up user accounts and workstations
- Performing system upgrades and implementing new technologies
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate should have:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role
- Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Hands-on experience with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management
- Solid understanding of system security measures (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
- A strong track record of diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
Additional Information:
- This role follows Serbia working hours
- On-call duty is required one week every 8 weeks (including weekends and 4 overnight hours)
- A BSc/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
