For our AMETEK CTS business unit, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 12 month assignment, supporting all AMETEK CTS markets with day-to-day recruitment activities and employee onboarding.
AMETEK CTS (Compliance Test Solutions) is a global leader in the electronic testing field for more than 30 years. Our manufacturing facilities are in Germany, Serbia, UK and Switzerland where the headquarters is based. We also have a worldwide sales and service network. The product portfolio comprises testing systems for conducted and radiated disturbances as well as amplifiers in the RF and microwave range. AMETEK CTS is uniquely positioned to serve the EMC community. Under AMETEK CTS, the renowned EMC and RF product brands - EM TEST, TESEQ and MILMEGA - are united into a single global business offering innovative customer solutions and services to almost all industries.
This role will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for AMETEK CTS. Main responsibilities will include sourcing talented candidates through effective collaboration with hiring managers and using a range of media, networking, headhunting and through referrals.
Key responsibilities include:
- International recruitment: direct searches for candidates, screening CV’s, leading first phone interviews
- Developing a good understanding of the AMETEK CTS business, the work culture and environment
- Using social media to post positions, attract candidates and build networks and relationships
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching candidates appropriate to our open vacancies
- Employer branding to enhance AMETEK visibility and attract talented candidates
- Job postings «voice to candidates » for questions
- Build up a candidate database to support future activity
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing first line screening and interviews and providing the hiring manager with a short list of relevant candidates
- Working towards and exceeding KPI’s set for the role
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of recruitment programmes
Key skills include:
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in the recruitment / headhunting (e.g. working experience within a recruiting agency)
- BA degree in HR
- Previous experience in direct approach recruitment using web-based applications
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- A goal orientated approach to work
- A positive attitude, strong drive for results
- The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Proactive and self-starter
- Team working skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
