Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team in Belgrade and help us scale and expand our team globally and locally.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline mainly for the open roles in the US while also helping in EU sourcing when needed
• Foster long-term relationships with the candidates
• Analyze and free to optimize and improve the recruitment process
• Being innovative in creating unique ways to attract both passive and active candidates
• Help us build the #1 Employer in the country

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in sourcing engineering roles (knowledge of the US market would be considered as strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, AngelList)
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously and succeed through personal drive
• Fluent in English
