Tax Assistant/Tax Senior Consultant

Together with our other companies in Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Ukraine, we advise German-speaking investors in the first place. These crucial factors significantly contribute to the success of our office. In order to maintain our success so far and to secure future growth, we need a TAX ASSISTANT/SENIOR TAX CONSULTANT

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing high quality tax advisory services for domestic and international companies concerning their planned transactions from taxation and accounting point of view
• Supporting of complex tax advisory and tax planning services for our clients
• Performing and supporting of tax and financial due diligence
• Preparation of corporate income tax, local business tax, innovation contribution, VAT and personal income tax calculations and tax returns
• Timely and high-quality tax research and the related analysis
• Participating in projects with focus on VAT, cross-border transactions and corporate taxation
• Assisting in preparing annual financial statements including corporate income tax return
• Communication with tax authorities in order to obtain the necessary data and for the purpose of documentation processing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the field of tax advisory with international clients
• University degree in Economics or Law
• Deep knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations and openness to continuous learning
• Experience in tax consulting projects in the field of VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding tax, personal tax, double treaties, transfer pricing
• Fluency in English
• Precise and conscientious work with high degree of personal responsibility
• Communicative and ready for teamwork
• Tax Advisor certification would be an advantage
