Your Tasks as Team Lead Calibration and System Test - Electric Drive Systems:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of SW calibration and system testing of electric drive systems for E-Mobility applications
• Establish a competitive team of experts in SW calibration and system testing of electric drive systems, optimization of processes, methods and tools
• First contact person for the technical leaders of different local and international ZF departments
• Coordination of cooperation with calibration and testing teams in other ZF locations
• First escalation layer in the line organization

Your Profile as Team Lead Calibration and System Test - Electric Drive Systems:

• B. Sc. or M. Sc. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a similar degree with at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of automotive industry
• Experience in disciplinary leadership of a national or ideally an international team
• High level of experience with test management methods and theory (especially regarding Automotive Spice) and profound knowledge in electric drive technology
• High resilience and flexibility in a dynamic work environment as well as good moderation and communication skills
• Business fluent English writing and speaking skills necessary and German speaking skills desirable
