Your Tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a testing team in the field of functional testing of electric drive systems
• Establish a competitive team of experts in functional testing of electric drive systems
• Ongoing development of team members and optimization of workflows
• First contact person for the technical leaders of different international locations
• Continuous optimization of processes, methods and tools
• First escalation layer in the line organization

Your Profile:

• B.Sc. or M. Sc. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a similar degree with several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of automotive industry
• Experience in disciplinary leadership of a national or ideally an international team
• High level of Experience with Test management methods and theory (especially regarding Automotive Spice)
• High Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic working environment
• High degree of moderation and communication skills
• Profound knowledge in electric drive technology
• Business fluent English writing and speaking skills necessary and German speaking skills desirable
