Team Lead Test Technology
Your Tasks as Team Lead Test Technology:
- Professional and disciplinary management of Test Technology team within Testing department Electric Drive Systems
- Assures development and provide instructions to employees in implementation of new test procedures, interfaces and test algorithms
- Assures error-free operation of the test bench and measurement technology
- Assure further developing the "Morphee" test bench automation using a virtual test bench environment;
- Definition of standards in the procurement of new test and measurement technology
- Acting as a technical contact person on site for customers, for ZF’s internal test departments and employees/colleagues (workshops, jour fixe, presentations)
- Assure regular reporting towards internal development project and customer
Your Profile as Team Lead Test Technology:
- Master´s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field
- Experience in the field of measurement technology and sensor technology
- Knowledge of the CAN bus system
- Engineering experience in automotive development environment is welcome
- Management skills and experience
- Team spirit, personal initiative, independent way of working
- Fluent in English language
