Team Leader for Customs and Transport
Workforce has partnered with international automotive company ZF, who is currently in expansion and they want to expand their team. Currently, we are looking for: Team Leader for Customs and Transport (Pančevo).
Job description:
- Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting about team performance and strive continues improvement
- Ensure smooth operation for all customs topics at our free trade zone for of all receiving and shipping activities and in cooperation with external customs broker
- Responsible for follow up operation for chemical/hazardous material, scrap and waste in cooperation with environment department, logistics operations and production
- Monitor actives and procedures for compliance with environmental and customs laws and company rules
- Project leading in a way to change procedures to achieve “Inhouse customs process”
Position requirements:
- University degree (commercial/logistics/technical/environmental education)
- Long term experience at least at one the two topics
- Experience of leading people appreciated
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PP), SAP desirable
- Fluently English
