Your job specification

• Disciplinary and professional leading of a team in the field of product testing within a development business unit
• Responsible of the personnel and equipment planning
• Evaluation and approval of test reports and test releases of developed products
• Initiation and development of new test procedures and processes, especially for new products, components and materials
• Initiation of analyses of new products (with benchmarking) and test procedures ensuring the continuous improvement process

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanics
• Management experience in the field of testing, quality or technical laboratories in automotive industries
• Knowledge in the field of electrical drives is an advantage
• Knowledge of statistical methods like DoE, technical reliability forecasting, MSA is a plus
• Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, independent working style and goal-oriented communication skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
