Team Leader in Telesales

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for training agents, introduces the work of Telesales, educates about communication skills with customers and teaches sales skills
• Motivating and achieving the established goals of the team and personal target
• Runs the business, organizes business processes and makes a schedule of agents all with the aim of more efficient team work
• Preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
• Monitors the activities of the agents on a daily basis and listening the agents calls and provide feedback for improving communications and sales skills
• Preparation Quality Assurance reports
• Makes conversation scripts with Manager of Telesales and controls whether the agents follow the script
• Cooperation with Products and CRM team in order to define and improve products for sale throught Telesales
• Organizes additional trainings for agents in order to improve the work process and provide the better service and making better sales
• Analyzes and tests application for better work of Telesales
• Daily communication with IT department in order to overcome problems in the work of applications and provides suggestions for more efficient work
• Takes on the role of manager in his absence

For the good start, you will need:

• College education - desirable
• Knowledge of English language
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Very pronounced sales skills and highly motivated person
• Minimum three years of experience in Telesales/Outbound Contact Center with at least two years in the supervisory or team leader role
• Minimum three years of banking experience
• Business correspondence and communication
• Computer skills
