WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Technical Library Administrator

TASKS

• Ensuring the procurement, maintenance and revision service of maintenance documents (manuals)
• Maintaining the systems for central documentation management
• Distribution and revision service of technical documentation that is necessary for work on parts, components and assemblies;
• Independent Management of internal maintenance data
• Supporting the development and implementation of MTU's quality management in the context of external and internal requirements
• Development of detailed process key figures and indicators for evaluation and improvement of processes
• Independent planning and execution of demand-oriented training and qualification measures
• Independent execution of projects in the subject area represented by him/her
• Responsible for coordination of activities related to technical library both in MTU Serbia and between MTU locations;
• Representation of organizational interests or MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external projects, working groups and committees

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• Relevant experience in quality and document management
• Very good computer skills - MS Office
• Analytical mind
• Methodological knowledge, for example: moderation techniques, goal-focused meetings, presentation techniques, project management techniques
• Organizational ability, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, thinking focused on processes and goals as well as action
• English language- conversational level
