Technical Manager

Responsibility:

Production tasks:

• Startup of new tools
• Test moulds and trials
• Setting up machines and tools in the production
• Repair and maintenance of Mikkelsen machinery
• Production of auxiliary tool for production
• According to agreement with Production Manager in Denmark, identification and purchase of neces-sary spare parts for machines and tools.

Quality tasks:

• Preparing test boxes, new test equipment and calibration of test and measurement equipment.
• Develop quality in a positive and engaging way.
• Have an updated knowledge about standards/theories in order to achieve the defined quality policy.
• Comply with the quality system of the company for example by ensuring an effective and correct ISO system.
• Draw up and change working instructions.
• Handle deviations and be proactive as to preventing deviations.
• Have the means and ensure the highest possible effectiveness.
• Responsible for following quality key figures and reporting the key figures to QA Manager in Den-mark.
• Participating in starting up new projects where the quality demand exceeds the average level in the company.
• Participating in starting up new projects with standards new to the company.
• Handle all inquiries regarding product quality.
• Responsible for a clean and tidy department.

Miscellaneous tasks:

• Responsible for an operational building. Economy regarding change in operation, repair etc. must be approved prior to execution by Production Manager in Denmark.
• Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks.
• Responsible for keeping out unauthorized personnel from our buildings.

Authority:

Authorityto purchase tools, auxiliary tools and auxiliary materials with prior approval from Production Manager in Denmark.

Substitute in holidays, illness etc. for:
Operational Manager and assembly workers.

Profile:

Education:

• University degree:
  • Electronic engineering
  • Mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in management processes in electronic industry

Practical experience:

• Moulding:
  Tool construction and production
  Setting up moulding machinery
• Cables:
  Handling cables such as cutting, crimping and assembly
  Maintenance and servicing cutting and crimping machines
• Cable testing:
  Experience with programming and handling cable testing equipment

Experience:

• Knowledge of ISO9001, UL, IPC standards
• Proven experience with quality processes and overall responsibility

IT:

• Microsoft Office
• Corel Draw
• Solid Works if possible

Other requirements:

• Clean criminal record
• Resident in the region of Niš
• Applicant can be male or female

Language Skills:

Mandatory English skills: you must read, speak and write in English.
