Technical Project Lead

Your Tasks as Technical Project Lead e-Motor:
- Technical responsibility for the product electric motor in the scope of the project
- Acting as a technical point of contact of the project concerning the following topics: technical alignment, customer consultation, requirements specification evaluation
- Leading the technical team (mechanical engineering, testing, software, system design) and planning and tracking of the related activities (e.g. timing schedule, function implementation plan…)
- Support product industrialization
- Drive technical evaluation of changes and issues as part of problem resolution management
Your Profile as Technical Project Lead e-Motor:
- Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Relevant work experience in engineering area, ideally in electric motor/drive technology, at least 12 months in the company on the same position
- Knowledge of methods for structured problem solving necessary; knowledge of Automotive development processes preferable
- Assertiveness, high resilience, team-oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action
- Fluent English language skills
