Technical Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• university degree in Mechanical Engineering
• experience in similar position within international production unit
• strong customer focus and trouble-shooting skills
• fluency in English and familiarity with MS Office
• responsible and persistent engineer with strong ethics and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• supervision of technical system, governing the operation of the local plant
• performing regular checks, calibration and routine maintenance of the equipment
• collect, analyze and evaluate data for daily and monthly production reports
• identification of problems as well as of local problem solvers
• responsibility for quality control as well as safety and environmental issues
• providing technical support to the clients, providing pre-sales and after-sales support
• proposing most optimal solutions to the potential customers, and maintaining excellent relationship with current ones
• identification of new business opportunities and client network development
• regular reporting on conducted activities
