 Technical Sourcing Intern

Novi Sad, Serbia

We are looking for a candidate to join us for a 6 months paid internship as a Technical Sourcer.

 Responsibilities:

>Talent sourcing and interacting with potential candidates via professional networks
> Identifying qualified candidate profiles
>Crafting and sending recruiting emails and messages
>Scheduling HR interviews
>Build and maintain talent database 
> Office management - Reception and receptionist duties
> Assist in other Recruitment activities if needed

Requirements:

>Attention to details and problem-solving skills
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>Strong interpersonal skills
>Fluency in English
>Minimum High School degree; Any Social Sciences additional qualification
> No previous experience required as this is an internship position
