BET5 d.o.o. is an associate of BlueOcean Gaming that offers quality software solutions for online casino operators. We are looking for a new team member who will join us in the everyday challenges of the iGaming industry.
Job description:
- Providing technical support for clients issues
- Makes first contact with clients seeking technical assistance
- Resolving clients requests via service desk, email, and skype chat
- Guiding clients through the problem-solving process
- Corresponding with the provider and updating the client with new information on ongoing tasks
- Redirects pending issues to the next level of technical support
Job requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in a customer-focused position
- Knowledge of technical support, application support, or gaming
- Technical proficiency with computers/mobile devices, software & iOS
- Fluency in the English language
- Ready to work in shifts, weekends included
