Technical demonstrator Pastry/ Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, we are looking for positive, flexible, and team-oriented individuals to fill in the following position: TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATOR PASTRY/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Your responsibilities:

The figure will manage technical demonstrations, promotion, consultancy, and sale of products of pastry and ice cream, in the territories of Serbia:

• Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
• Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
• Establishing, develop and maintaining positive business and customer relationships;
• Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling;
• Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
• Continuously improving through feedback.

Your background:

• Pastry knowledge;
• Preferable ice cream Knowledge;
• Experience as a pastry chef;
• Preferable experience as a technical demonstrator / commercial consultant, salesman;
• Preferable Hospitality Diploma and pastry specialization courses;
• Excellent English;
• Drive license B category;
• Flexibility;
