Due to the expansion of our team, we are seeking motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position based in Belgrade:

Solicitor / legal department

Required qualifications:

• University degree
• 3 years relevant post-qualification experience
• You will be expected to assist in the preparation of cases, usually under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Highly developed negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills;
• Fluent English knowledge, spoken as well as written
• Excellent MS Office, Internet use and business correspondence
• Accuracy and an eye for detail
• Driving license

Responsibilities:

• Review documents to check for legal accuracy.
• Provide accurate legal advice to managers and staff to ensure that decisions taken are legally correct and that the company’s interests are protected.
• Assist in drafting legal documents on various matters, ensuring that these are legally sound and/or to ensure that the organization’s interests are safeguarded.
• Represent the company at meetings with external bodies to ensure that the legal aspects of any decisions are fully considered.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field which might affect the company and prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by management.
