Your Roles & Responsibilities

Testing and validation planning for Automotive Traction Drive Systems on test facilities and in vehicles
Interface between project team, customer and testing department / external testing suppliers
Responsibility for definition of validation- and performance test planning in accordance with internal MAHLE and OEM standards
Support for validation testing & system characterization
Responsible for hardware / software testing
Support in designing and optimizing tests for all phases from prototype to production start
Continuous improvements to the testing and validation process.

Your Skills & Strenghts

VII or VII / 1 Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical field
Experience with automotive calibration and testing tools software
Experience in controlling electric motors
Experience in automotive testing / validation processes
Knowledge of testing standards and legislation
Fluent written and spoken English. Desirable knowledge of German.

The candidate will enter into an employment relationship for an indefinite period, with full-time employment and a 6-month probationary period.
