With around 5,000 items for home (housewares and bathroom articles) and garden (garden furniture, decoration & ambiance and gardening items). Ribelli, an online retailer offering a wide range of products which sourcing worldwide to customer with constantly new in-house developments and sales approaches, we are driving our successful growth. To enforce our growth strategy, we are looking for a candidate who immediate available for our office in Serbia – TESTRUT DOO.
- As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the ear and the voice of Ribelli.
- You advise customers on all matters and questions from different areas.
- You can answer our customers' inquiries by phone and e-mail.
- You keep track of customer queries and edit them independently.
- You are in constant contact with our customers and ensure an appropriate solution to each inquiry. You must express a positive feeling with our customers.
- After completing your own training, you also need to take on coaching activities for new employees.
- You have experience in customer service (preferable and advantage)
- Your French and English spoken and written skills are excellent, knowledge of Spanish and Italian will be considered as an advantage
- You have a strong customer focus and can handle different situations independently. Even in stressful situations you always stay calm, friendly, and serious.
- You have secure handling with the MS Office package, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
