Tourist Coordinator   

(Location: Bačka Topola)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of requirements to the procurement department
• Billing for hotel services through hotel software
• Warehouse inventory control
• Makes entries and forms prices of hotel services as well as normative
• Prepares a daily report and collects information from all accountants
• Keeps records of food and beverage consumption and costs for organized events at the hotel
• Controls and arranges all cash registers within the tourist complex on a daily basis
• The material is responsible for the money handed over upon receipt and handover of the market to accounting
• Preparation of daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and periodic reports by order of the head of the tourism sector
• Tidily and accurately keeps records of the presence of the entire tourism sector and prepares a report for the calculation of wages
• Cooperates with accounting and bookkeeping

Requirements:

• High School degree (IV grade), general, economy or catering directions
• Word, Excel, Power point skills on high level
• English  language,  high level
