WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Trade Compliance Intern who will acquire knowledge, assist in carrying out activities in the field of foreign trade with the constant mentoring and support process / procedures activities related to the foreign trade topics, with mainly focus on trade compliance topics i.e., export control, customs and brokers management under the constant supervision. The duration of the internship is 3 months with the possibility of extension.

TASKS

• Acquire knowledge from the trade compliance area (Export Control, Customs, Free Trade Zone and similar)
• To assist in conducting of site Export / Import Compliance / awareness training con-ducted by authorized trainer
• Participate in communication with both internal and external parties
• To assist in maintaining and archiving documentation of policies, procedures, and processes for site Export / Import operations
• To assist the Trade Compliance Specialist and Supervisor in process of approval of contracts/agreements
• To assist in supervising of local government licensing and timely reporting with other team members and under supervision
• To assist compliance activities with Export/Import laws in the context of MTU operations in the region by preparing of documentation for licenses/registrations, maintenance of statutory records etc. according to given instruction by Trade Compliance specialist or Supervisor
• To assist screening processes for Denied Person and Entities, restricted end-uses, and diversion under the supervision
• To assist in monitoring of changes in rules and procedures and inform key stakeholders
• To learn and develop trade compliance skills with the constant mentoring by the team and Supervisor
• All other tasks defined by direct superior which are in relation to defined area of work and responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master student (desired student of Economics)
• MS Office
• Good organization, analytic and presentation skills and ability to work in a team set up
• English language
