Trainee for Central European CAD department (f/m)

We are looking for final year students and recent college graduates who want to be part of our Central European CAD department trainee program.  This dynamic program is designed to provide you opportunity to develop your professional strengths working on various European projects. In this unique program you will learn world-class engineering, tools and systems. This Trainee program will prepare you for an exciting and challenging career with Cooper Standard.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or field related to parts, machine construction and design
• Able and willing to travel during the program
• Internships in manufacturing or additional work experience preferred
• International work experience with a global company is a plus

Your strengths:

• Experience with mechanical construction and design tools and programs
• Analytical thinking, working with processes, puzzles
• Being hands-on and having an optimistic outlook
• Curiosity and solving problems in a team setting
• Fluency in English, other languages will be considered as plus
