IF YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economy/management/IT or related
- Experience in consumer servicing/mass consumer product sales industry, with focus on product management and maintenance
- Deep understanding of customer value drivers in servicing industry (Telco and banking businesses) – customer centric approach
- Extensive managerial experience
- MS office proficiency and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Process design / management skills
WE NEED YOU TO (BE):
- Develop and own product portfolio according to marketing roadmap, best practices of Service Design methodology and customer experience
- Act as business owner for all business relevant systems
- Manage and develop team which includes relevant experts
- Responsible for product lifecycle management, including implementation of outputs gathered through, but not limited to, CFL, NPS, market analysis and trends, regulatory changes
- Ensuring end-to-end product delivery, including EUAT in cooperation with CustEx manager
- Support other teams through entire go-to-market process
- In projects which have a purpose of establishing new/upgrading existing platforms (systems) in order to introduce new products and services or improve existing processes, responsible for definition of functional and business requirements
- Align with / manage other stakeholders (internal, external, regulatory)
- Owner of value proposition with goal to maximize product profitability and usability
- Responsible for organizing the work and results of the employees within the team. In doing so, applies the following management methods: - defines goals, - delegates tasks to associates, - monitors the work results of associates, - motivates employees, - develops associates' knowledge, conduct company rules
- Do other activities at the request of the direct manager.
