Transport and Customs Officer

Our Company is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position Transport and Customs Officer.

Job description and line of supervision
Customs Officer is responsible for proper and full implementation of customs procedures and accuracy of customs documents.
Directly reports to Logistics Manager.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Clarify the customs export procedures for new projects/enquires
• Create customs tariff documents for export
• Create proposals for optimizing customs processes
• Communicate and cooperate with customs authorities
• Comunitation and organization of transport

General requirements

• University degree / VI or VII degree
• Excellent knowledge of integration programs
• Excellent knowledge of "ATLAS / Customs" program for summarizing documents for import and export connection with Customs of RM
• Excellent knowledge of customs and shipping
• Excellent knowledge in the area of inventory management
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Structured and systematic approach
