UI / CX Designer
If you have an eye for details and are experienced in the latest UI/CX trends, this is the right job for you. You would be working in a challenging environment that encourages your progress, with the opportunity to work on different international projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create wireframes for websites and web applications
- Design graphics UX elements (menus, tabs, and widgets)
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Collaborate closely with project managers and frontend team
- Pay attention to details, and precisely create designs according to clients desires and needs
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, UX and CX
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Constantly follow best UX and CX practices and apply them in everyday work
Key requirements:
- 4 + years of experience in the field
- Strong knowledge in design thinking and design principles
- Typography knowledge
- Knowledge of color theories
- Experience in mobile/desktop/web app design
- Experience in working with frontend developers
- Good handover design culture
- Portfolio of the previous projects
- Culture of organizing things
- Ability to think logically
- Developed business thinking
It would be nice to have experience:
- With Figma, XD, Sketch
- Working with components, auto layout, states...
- Working on complex web apps 50+ screens
